Refund policy

• In its original packaging
• With proof of purchase

Return and Refund Process:

1. Contact us to obtain a return authorization number.
2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging or in suitable packaging.
3. Please return the product with the return authorization number visible on the packaging.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund.
5. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defect in the product.
